Pia Barcelona is a handcrafted jewellery brand whose pieces evoke the magic and mystery of life. Our designs are characterised by organic and irregular textures inspired by nature, sacred ethnic jewellery, Catalan and French art noveau, and the Japanese Wabi Sabi aesthetic, based on the beauty of the imperfect. All Pia Barcelona jewellery sponsors aid programmes for different foundations and NGOs.

"I have a passion for jewellery and its beauty; stones and their properties. For me they are talismans for the different stages of our inner growth. They give us beauty, courage and strength to make decisions, they calm us and can connect us with our innate wisdom", says Pia Amat, creator of Pia Barcelona, a lawyer from Barcelona who had always designed and created jewellery as a hobby and who, after travelling around several countries and learning traditional jewellery and ethnic sculpture techniques, decided to turn her true vocation into a profession.
